GROUP THERAPY (PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL)
Group sessions are provided weekly. The group topics will include: Coping with Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Grief & Loss, Trauma, Building Healthy Relationships, Effective Communication, Conflict Resolution & more. Further details will be discussed upon consultation with Dr. Cannady.
