At New Insight,  our philosophy is awareness + change = growth.  By building a relationship with my clients, I will help you stay motivated and on-task, helping you move toward your desired  goals.

Every client must be ready and willing to start the process of therapy and healing. This  means being  motivated and committed to making positive changes;  being consistent  and focused on  progress rather than  stagnation
